There are two powertrain options available, a gasoline and hybrid, for the 2019 Toyota RAV4! The gasoline-powered engine is a 2.5-liter inline-4 that cranks out 203 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque. This engine is available with both FWD and AWD configurations and can reach up to 35 miles per gallon on the highway according to the EPA. Toyota pairs this engine with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The hybrid powertrain is comprised of a 2.5-liter inline-4 engine and two electric motors. Paired with AWD and a CVT, this powertrain kicks out 219 horsepower and 163 pound-feet of torque. The fuel economy for this engine is estimated at 41 miles per gallon in the city and 37 miles per gallon on the highway.

2019 Honda CR-V Power & Handling

There are also two powertrain options available for the 2019 Honda CR-V sadly neither of them are hybrid. The first is a 2.4-liter inline-4 engine that creates 184 horsepower and 180 pound-feet of torque. This engine can be configured with both FWD and AWD and can reach up to 32 mpg on the highway. The second engine is a 1.5-liter turbocharged inline-4 that generates 190 horsepower and 179 pound-feet of torque. This engine is also available with both FWD and AWD, reaching up to 34 mpg on the highway. Both are mated to a CVT.

2019 Toyota RAV4 Features & Design

The Toyota RAV4 offers an all-new design in five trim level options! They include the LE, XLE, XLE Premium, Adventure, and Limited. Standard features consist of LED headlights, low-profile roof rails, 17" steel wheels, LED headlights, a tilt/telescoping steering wheel, Toyota Safety Sense 2.0, a 7" touchscreen interface with Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, a rearview camera, 6-speaker sound system, and rear privacy glass. The upper trims build on that with features like fog lights, four additional USB ports, a power liftgate, simulated leather upholstery, taller roof rails, fender flares, an 8" touchscreen, a Toyota navigation system, and so much more! There are also available features through a variety of packages for customization!

2019 Honda CR-V Features & Design

There are four Honda CR-V trim levels available for the 2019 model year. They include the LX, EX, EX-L, and the Touring. Standard features include LED running lights, cruise control, a rearview camera, two USB ports, Bluetooth, a 5-inch color display, four-speaker sound system, height-adjustable driver's seat, Bluetooth, and automatic climate control. The other trims add features like rear privacy glass, keyless entry and start, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, second-row USB charging ports, an upgraded rearview camera, leather upholstery, a programmable-height power liftgate. No packages or stand-alone features here to customize the CR-V to meet your needs.
